Accreditations

At José Manuel Pascual Pascual, S.A. – Gestión Hospitalaria, we strive to offer the best quality care and services to our users and their families. Our goal is to improve every day and have cutting-edge techniques and technologies in all our hospitals. To this end, we integrate multidisciplinary teams whose members share knowledge and develop optimal solutions to the problems they face.

Our objectives are: To provide excellent healthcare to all our patients, offering them treatment based on the company’s values: commitment, innovation, dynamism, personality, and professionalism. To offer an agile and effective service based on patient safety. To have the technology and infrastructure necessary to adequately respond to needs.

And as a guarantor of this and our excellence, all our centers have been analyzed by ACSA (Andalusian Healthcare Quality Agency).

The result is that all our hospitals have obtained the Advanced Quality Accreditation for Healthcare Centers and Units. Accreditation that is of greater importance to us since we are one of the few centers that have it in Andalusia.

We are pleased to have certain quality standards that the Agency includes in a total of 280 reference parameters to measure how work is done in a hospital or health center.

These standards refer to the citizen as the center of the healthcare system, the organization of the center’s activity focused on the patient, the professionals who perform their work in the center, the results, and the structure. Our group obtained its best results in aspects related to patient safety, such as: taking care of the expiration date and conditions of health products, temperature control, control of crash carts, control of patient identity, among many other protocols such as care for patients and caregivers.

We are the first hospital group in Andalusia to adapt to the criteria established to achieve certification.
